Nicole began her career with AIS Insurance Group, Inc. in 2000 as a Personal Lines Account Representative. In 2011 she transitioned to Commercial Lines where she now serves as our Senior Account Executive, managing the agency’s largest accounts with a high level of expertise and care.
Beyond her client responsibilities, Nicole plays an integral role in the agency’s day-to-day operations. She oversees office management, leads employee onboarding and training, and manages the agency’s in-house IT needs, helping support a smooth and efficient workplace. She also provides support to the Personal Lines department during periods of high demand or staffing shortages, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to the team’s success.
Community Involvement
Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP) Troop Leader from 2009 through 2019 during which time all of the girls in the troop earned their Bronze Award, and multiple girls in the troop earned their Silver Award and Gold Award, the highest awards available in Girl Scouting.
